3.13 Third Party Systems Branding

Policy

It is the ethical responsibility of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ departments and units, as representatives of the university, to protect the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ brand and its marks, thereby preserving its reputation, academic prestige, and historical contributions.  In the event that a department on campus must use a third party system for university functions, the third party site must be branded, as much as possible, using official Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ brand elements. 

Branding of third party systems/web sites must be approved through the Office of Enrollment Management or Office of Web Communication.
