Honors and Accolades
Our faculty and students regularly travel nationwide and abroad to present their original works and research at academic and professional conferences. Our representatives from Â鶹ÊÓƵ have won numerous honors and recognitions for their efforts, propelling them forward in their career journeys.
All of our departments have consistently received recognition for honors and accreditations, too:
- Deaf Studies and Deaf Education: 2005 Center of Excellence for the State of Texas
- Speech and Hearing Sciences: Graduate program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Music: Accredited and considered in good standing with the National Association of Schools of Music
