Lamar Introduction to Engineering (L.I.T.E.)
Rising 7th & 8th graders are invited for a week-long day camp where they will participate in hands-on activities and lessons intended to introduce them to the concepts of engineering and the various disciplines of the field. Campers will work with faculty members and Â鶹ÊÓƵ engineering students, as well as guest engineers from industry, throughout the week.

Time: 9am-4pm
Fee: L.I.T.E. Camp is offered at no cost to campers thanks to industry sponsorship
