Â鶹ÊÓƵ LEAD is an engaging and interactive leadership development program that aims to foster successful student leaders. Â鶹ÊÓƵ LEAD strives to empower students to reach their maximum potential and ultimately get the most from their Â鶹ÊÓƵ experience and beyond.

This program will introduce students to concepts of leadership, emphasizing meaningful connections amongst peers and other members of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ community, and provide students the tools they need to succeed both personally and professionally.

Program Details

Weekly Sessions

• Sessions will be 1 hour long
• Mandatory attendance for participants
• Each session will feature a different leadership topic

Capstone Requirement

• At the end of the semester, participants must give a presentation to complete the program
• Details about the required content of the capstone presentation will be given out toward the end of the semester.

Applications for the Fall 2025 cohort will open this spring.
